Teach Agency are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Year 3 Supply Teacher to work in local Primary Schools across St Neots and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for teachers living locally who are looking for flexible day-to-day supply or long-term placements close to home. Teach Agency works closely with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in and around St Neots.

The successful candidate will be confident in delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 / Year 3 curriculum, maintaining positive behaviour management, and adapting quickly to different school environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned Year 3 lessons or follow short-term planning as required.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

• Follow school policies, routines, and behaviour expectations.

• Provide clear feedback and handover information to school staff.

Key Requirements

• Secure understanding of the Year 3 / KS2 curriculum.

• Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate pupils.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold a degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have an up-to-date CV.

• Be entitled to work in the UK.

• Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
