We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teacher to join our client’s dynamic secondary school in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire on a long-term basis. This role will commence in October 2025. 

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute to the life of our client’s school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism can be discussed).
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning.
• Uphold the school’s values and ensure the safeguarding of all pupils.

Person Specification

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young people.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.
