Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in pre-set work.

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Supporting students with their learning and following school policies.

• Working flexibly across a variety of subjects and year groups.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to manage a classroom effectively.

• A passion for education and supporting young people.

• Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).

• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
