Teach Agency are currently working with a Secondary School who are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher of Media for a maternity cover contract. The role will commence in September with the possibility of it starting sooner and will be for a year long contract.

Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a high standard  to KS4 and KS5 pupils.

Key Responsibilities 

• To  plan and deliver all Media Studies lessons.
• To mark all work and deliver feedback to pupils, the department and parents.
• To attend staff meetings and CPD sessions as and when required.

The successful candidate will 

• Have a degree along with a QTS.
• Present sound knowledge of the Media Studies subject.
• Pocess excellent classroom management skills.
• Display good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with pupils and the wider school community.
• Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be prepared to obtain one.
